เพื่อให้นักศึกษา สาขาวิชาสื่อสารโครงข่ายสื่อสาร เป็นบัณฑิตนักปฏิบัติและมีความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านโครงข่ายสื่อสาร รวมไปถึงการออกแบบระบบความปลอดภัยในโครงข่ายสื่อสารองค์กรได้ ทางภาควิชาฯ ได้ส่งอาจารย์สาขาโครงข่ายสื่อสาร อบรมโครงการสำหรับผู้สอน ในหลักสูตร CCNA Security เพื่อนำความมาถ่ายทอดและฝึกปฏิบัตินักศึกษา ภาควิชาฯ ต่อไป
